Choosing your seats
Pick seats on the seat map, or let us find the best ones together.

Some events have reserved seating. On those, press Choose seats on the event page to open the seat map.
On the seat map
- Tap a seat to add it, and tap it again to remove it. Pinch or scroll to zoom and drag to move around. On a computer you can also use the arrow keys.
- Each price area has its own colour and seat shape, listed beside the map with its price. Taken seats are small grey dots.
- Wheelchair spaces, companion seats and seats with a restricted view are marked on the map and in the list.
- Not sure? Use Best available: choose a price area and how many seats, and we find the best seats together, nearest the stage.
When you continue, your seats are held for you for 10 minutes while you pay, just like other tickets.
On your ticket
Your seat is printed on each ticket, for example "Stalls, Row F, Seat 12".
Changing seats
You cannot change seats yourself after buying. If you need to, contact us with your order reference and we will see whether we can move you to free seats.
