Accessibility and wheelchair spaces
How to book wheelchair spaces and companion seats, and ask about access.
Updated Saturday 3 October 2026
Seated events
On seat maps, wheelchair spaces and companion seats are marked with their own symbols, and so are seats with a restricted view. You can pick them on the map like any other seat, and they are listed by name before you continue.
Standing and other events
Access at each venue, such as step free entry, lifts, toilets, hearing loops or assistance dogs, depends on the venue and the organiser. Check the event page: Getting there shows the venue and its address, and Good to know has anything the organiser has added.
Ask before you buy
If you need something that is not on the event page, for example a space for a wheelchair at a standing event or a ticket for someone who assists you, contact us before you buy. Tell us the event and what you need, and we will ask the organiser and come back to you.
