Why can I only buy a few tickets?
Orders and some events have limits, so more fans get a chance.
Updated Saturday 3 October 2026
There are three kinds of limit:
- Per order: one order can have up to 10 tickets.
- Per ticket type: an organiser can set a lower limit for one ticket type, for example 4 VIP tickets per order.
- Per person: for busy events, the organiser can limit how many tickets one person can have in total. The event page shows it, for example "Up to 4 tickets per person", and how many you already have.
The per person limit counts all your orders for that event: by your account, your email address and the browser you use. A second order with a different email from the same browser still counts.
Coming as a big group? Many events take group bookings: you hold the places and each friend pays their own share. Otherwise, contact us before you buy and we will ask the organiser.
