Can I get a refund?
It depends on the organiser's refund policy. Cancelled events are always refunded.

If the event is cancelled
You get a full refund, booking fee included, to the card you paid with. You do not need to ask. See My event was cancelled.
If you cannot go
Refunds for other reasons depend on the organiser's refund policy, because the organiser runs the event and sets it. When an organiser has one, it is on the event page under Good to know, as Refund policy, and you agree to it when you buy.
If you cannot go, you have two quick options:
- Sell it to another fan at face value, if the organiser allows resale. See Selling a ticket you cannot use.
- Send it to a friend who can go. See Sending a ticket to a friend.
To ask for a refund, contact us with your order reference. We check the event's policy and ask the organiser for you.
How refunds are paid
- Refunds go back to the card you paid with. They usually show within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
- We email you when we send a refund.
- Refunded tickets stop working at the door.
- If you bought from a ticket partner who sold you our tickets, the refund goes back through that partner.
