How to buy tickets

Buying takes a minute or two, on your phone or a computer.

1. Open the event and choose how many of each ticket you want. On a seated event, press Choose seats and pick them on the seat map.
2. Press Book tickets. We hold your tickets for 10 minutes while you finish.
3. Add your email address and your name. You do not need an account: your tickets go to that email.
4. Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay on our secure payment page.
5. Your tickets appear on the confirmation page within a few seconds, and we email them to you.

The price on the event page already includes the booking fee, so the total does not jump at checkout.

Free events

For free tickets there is nothing to pay. Press Reserve free tickets, add your details and confirm.

Logged in or not

If you buy while logged in, your tickets also show in My tickets. Bought as a guest? Create an account with the same email address and confirm it, and those tickets join your account.

If the timer runs out

If you do not finish in time, we let the tickets go so other people can buy them, and nothing is charged. Just choose them again. Read more in Why there is a timer at checkout.
