Buying from Fan resale

Tickets from fans who cannot go, at face value or less, reissued in your name.

Actualizado el sábado, 3 de octubre de 2026

When an event or a ticket type sells out, fans who cannot go can sell their tickets on Enjoy Tickets. Find them on Fan resale, or on the event page under Fan resale.

What you pay

  • Never more than face value. Every listing shows the face value next to its price, and many are below it.
  • The price you see includes our booking fee, like every price on Enjoy Tickets.
  • If a fan is selling several tickets together, you can buy one or more of them in one payment. Some fans sell a pair only as a pair.

When you buy

  1. Choose a listing and press Buy.
  2. Add your details and pay as usual. The ticket is held for you for 15 minutes while you pay.
  3. You get a brand new ticket in your name, with a new QR code. The seller's copy stops working the moment you pay, so yours is the only one that works.

Your new ticket is in your email and in My tickets. Its QR code appears 24 hours before doors, like every ticket.

If someone else finishes paying for the same ticket first, or the seller takes it off sale, you are refunded in full automatically.

Get alerts when fans sell

On a sold out event, press Get alerts when fans sell. You join the waitlist and we save the event for you. When fans put tickets up, people on the waitlist hear first, then people who saved the event. We send at most one alert a day per event, and every email has a link to stop them. You can also switch fan resale alerts on or off under Notifications in your account.

Good to know

  • Fan tickets go on sale once the organiser's own tickets of that type have sold out.
  • You cannot buy your own listing, and the event's limit of tickets per person counts fan tickets too.
  • Bought through Enjoy Tickets, a fan ticket is covered like any ticket we sell.
