Organiser terms

The terms for selling tickets to your events through Enjoy Tickets: what we do for you, what you are responsible for, and how the money works.

Last updated 11 October 2026Need help with an order? Help centre or contact us

At a glance

  • We sell your tickets as your agent. You run the event; buyers pay us, and we hold the money for you.
  • Our fee is a booking fee on top of your price, or a commission inside the ticket price plus a processing fee, at the rate in your deal. You receive your price, less refunds.
  • We pay you within 5 working days after each event by bank transfer, unless your deal sets another timing.
  • For an event sold on another ticket site, you confirm each month which of the buyers we sent bought tickets, and we invoice our commission on those sales.
  • You set each event's refund policy. If an event is cancelled, every buyer is refunded in full: your price from the event's money, our fee from us.
  • You get the guest list you need to run your event. You may market only to buyers who ticked the box to hear about your other events, which is never ticked in advance.
  • We may suspend an organiser who breaks these terms or puts buyers at risk.

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between Enjoy Tickets Ltd, trading as Enjoy Tickets (company 16330135, registered office Office 28 Basepoint, Dartford Business Park, Victoria Road, Dartford, Kent, DA1 5FS), and you, the organiser: the person or business that creates an organiser profile and lists events on Enjoy Tickets. You accept them when you create your profile or publish an event.

If we agree a deal with you in writing, for example a different booking fee, payout timing or advances, the deal applies where it differs from these terms. Your deal is also shown in your dashboard.

Buyers buy under our Terms of use and purchase, which describe what we promise them. Please read them, because they include things you agree to here, such as refunds for cancelled events.

2. Our role: we sell as your agent

We sell tickets and extras for your events in your name, as your agent. The buyer's agreement to attend the event is with you. Our agreement with the buyer is for the booking service. You authorise us to:

  • list and sell your tickets and extras, at the prices and on the conditions you set
  • take buyers' payments and hold the money for you until we pay it out
  • issue tickets, run transfers, fan resale, the waitlist and the waiting room, and check tickets with your door team
  • make refunds under your refund policy, these terms and the law
  • contact buyers about their orders and about changes to your event

3. Your events and what you are responsible for

You are the provider of your events. You are responsible for:

  • listing them accurately: the date and times, venue, age limit, accessibility information, anything a buyer must know before buying, and your refund policy
  • having every licence, permission and insurance the event needs, including public liability insurance, and a signed agreement with the venue
  • setting capacities that the venue can hold, so tickets are never sold for places that do not exist
  • running the event safely and as described, and following the law, including licensing, health and safety, equality and consumer law
  • providing any extras you sell, such as merch, parking, the cloakroom or upgrades, and their quality and safety
  • answering buyers' questions and complaints about the event itself, which we pass to you
  • telling us straight away about any change, postponement or cancellation

Before an event goes on sale, we may ask you for a copy of your venue agreement, your agreement with the headline artist and proof that any deposit under it has been paid, your public liability insurance, and your bank details confirmed in writing by a director. We may confirm them with the venue or the artist's representatives, and keep an event off sale until we have them.

You agree to cover us for claims, losses and reasonable costs we face because of your event, your content, or your breach of these terms, for example a claim for an injury at the venue or a photo you did not have the rights to.

4. Fees

  • No monthly fee and nothing to pay upfront. Free events are free to list.
  • Our fee works in one of two ways, set in your deal and shown in your dashboard. Booking fee on top: buyers pay a booking fee on top of your price, which is ours, at the rate in your deal; we may agree a different rate for one event. Commission inside the price, plus a processing fee: the ticket price buyers see includes our commission, which is the ticket price less your price, set for each ticket type; buyers also pay a processing fee on top, at the rate in your deal, to cover card and payment costs, and the processing fee is ours.
  • Free tickets carry no fee. Every price buyers see includes the booking fee or the processing fee, as UK and EU law require.
  • Extras carry the booking fee at the event's rate, like tickets.
  • A discount code you create lowers the face value of the tickets it applies to, and so lowers what you receive. On the booking fee model the fee is worked out on the lower price; on the commission model the discount comes off your price and our commission stays the same.
  • The price of a Flexible ticket is ours.
  • You receive your price for every ticket and extra sold: the full face value on the booking fee model, or the organiser price you set on the commission model, less refunds and any amounts under these terms.

Your price is your money, sold on your behalf, so you account for any VAT on it in every country where it is due. With each payout we issue you a statement, and an invoice for our fee. If we are registered for VAT, our fee includes VAT and our documents show it.

5. Payouts

  • We pay you the face value of the tickets and extras sold for an event, less refunds, within 5 working days after the event, by bank transfer to the account in your dashboard, unless your deal sets another timing.
  • We keep the money for an event until it has happened, because buyers are owed refunds if it is cancelled.
  • If your deal allows it, we may pay part of an event's money before the event, as an advance. Advances are at our discretion, and you repay them if the event is cancelled.
  • A deal may instead set weekly payouts of the previous week's settled sales, with a reserve, a percentage of the event's money, held until after the event as the security for refunds and reversed payments and paid within 5 working days after it.
  • Payouts are in the event's currency. Your dashboard shows statements and a payout advice for every payment.
  • Keep your bank details right. We are not responsible for a payment sent to the details you gave us.
  • We may hold a payout while we look into suspected fraud, a disputed payment, a complaint about the event, or an event whose status is unclear.

6. Events sold on another ticket site

You can list an event on Enjoy Tickets that is sold on another ticket site, such as iaBilet, instead of through our checkout. For such an event, these terms apply where they fit, with these points:

  • We list your event and send buyers who want tickets to the ticket link you give us. We ask them to sign in first, so we know who we sent.
  • Give our buyers any offer you agreed with us, for example a reduced price with an offer code. We show the code on your event page and on the way to your ticket link.
  • The other site sells the tickets, takes the payment and issues the tickets under its own terms. Refunds, changes and entry for those tickets are for you and the other site to handle.
  • Each month, your dashboard lists the people we sent to each of your events: their name, email address and when they went.
  • Tick who bought, with the number of tickets and what they paid, and confirm the month within 7 days after it ends. Anyone you have not ticked when you confirm counts as not bought.
  • Our commission, as agreed in your deal, is on the ticket sales you confirm, worked out on what our buyers paid for their tickets without the other site's booking fee. We invoice it monthly.
  • Use the list only to confirm purchases. Never use it for marketing or share it, and delete it when you no longer need it for that.
  • Do not delete, hide or leave out sales to our buyers to avoid our commission. We may check your confirmations, for example against the other site's sales report, and correct a month that is wrong.

7. Refunds, cancellations and disputed payments

Your refund policy

You can set a refund policy for each event, or a default for new events. It is shown on the event page under Good to know, and buyers agree to it when they buy. When a buyer asks for a refund, we check your policy and ask you if needed. Whatever your policy says, buyers keep their rights under consumer law.

Refunds come off what we owe you

When we refund a buyer, the face value refunded comes off your balance for the event. If we have already paid you, it comes off your next payout, or you repay it when we ask.

Cancelled events

If you cancel an event, or it cannot go ahead, we refund every buyer in full, including the booking fee, any extras and any Flexible ticket price, as our buyer terms promise. Your price for the refunded tickets comes from your money for the event; we bear the refund of our own booking fee or commission and processing fee, and do not charge you for it. If we have already paid out or advanced your price for those tickets, you repay it within 7 days of our request. If you do not, we may hold further payouts and use the money we hold, including any reserve, for the refunds, and you remain liable for the rest.

Postponed or materially changed events

If an event moves to a new date, or changes materially, buyers may keep their tickets or ask for a full refund within the period we announce, which is at least 14 days. Each such refund is treated like a cancellation refund above. Tell us straight away about any such change, so we can email buyers.

The Flexible ticket and fan resale

  • If the Flexible ticket is on for your event, buyers who add it can refund themselves until the cut off, for any reason. The face value they get back comes off your balance, and the tickets go back on sale. Its price is set between 3% and 15% of face value, with a cut off between 1 and 720 hours before the start.
  • Fan resale is at face value or less. You keep the face value of a resold ticket exactly once, and the place never goes back on general sale.

Disputed payments

If a buyer's bank reverses a payment (a chargeback) and we cannot win it back, your price for that order and any chargeback fee our payment provider charges come off your payouts, or you repay them within 7 days of our request if the money we hold is not enough. We bear the loss of our own fee on it. We will tell you and share what we know.

8. Selling tools you choose

You decide, per event, how these work. The defaults are set for new events, and our team can set them for you.

  • Fan resale is on unless you turn it off.
  • The moving QR code can be required at the door, so screenshots and printouts are refused.
  • Limits, codes and tiers: per order and per person limits, presale and discount codes, sale windows, and ticket types released in order.
  • The waitlist is on unless you turn it off. The waiting room can be used for big on sales.
  • The Flexible ticket and extras, where we agree them for your events.
  • Group bookings, where they are available.
  • Partners: partners can sell your events unless you switch that off for an event. Private events are sold only by partners you share them with. Their commission comes out of our booking fee, never out of your face value.

9. Your content and rights

You give us a free, non exclusive licence to use the names, descriptions, photos, logos and other content you provide, and the names of the artists and venues, to list, sell and promote your events: on Enjoy Tickets, in the app, in organiser and partner shops, in emails and notifications, on social media and in search engines. The licence lasts while the event is on sale and for a reasonable time after, so past events can still be shown.

You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload, and that it is accurate and lawful. We may resize or crop images, correct obvious mistakes, and remove content that breaks these terms or the law.

10. Buyer data and data protection

You and we are each a separate controller of buyers' personal information, each for our own purposes, and each responsible for following UK GDPR and, where it applies, EU GDPR. Our Privacy notice tells buyers what we share with you.

What you get

For your events, your dashboard shows the guest list, which you can also download: the buyer's name and email address, the name on each ticket, ticket types and seats, check in times, how the buyer found the event, and whether they ticked “Let the organiser email me about their other events”. We share it because you need it to run the event: admission, ticket checks and important changes. Buyers are told about it at checkout and in our Privacy notice; it is not presented as a tick box.

Orders placed before 9 October 2026 had two boxes at checkout. For buyers who unticked sharing their details then, you still get only what the door needs: the name on each ticket, ticket types and seats, and check in times, plus their email address if they ticked the marketing box. We send those buyers any changes to the event ourselves.

Photos and filming

Photography and filming may take place at your events. Buyers are told on the event page, at checkout and in our buyer terms. Put up clear signs about photography and filming at the entrance and inside the venue. Buying a ticket is not consent to every identifiable promotional use: ask for separate consent where the law requires it, including for particular uses involving children. Your guest list still marks the buyers who, on orders before 9 October 2026, asked not to appear in photos and videos: do not use photos or videos in which they can be clearly identified to promote your events.

Your privacy notice

Add the link to your own privacy notice in your Settings. Buyers see it at checkout, in the note that tells them what you receive to run your event.

How you may use it

  • to run the event: entry, the door, and practical messages to buyers about that event, such as times, changes and safety
  • to send marketing only where the law allows and, where consent is needed, only to buyers who ticked “Let the organiser email me about their other events” (never ticked in advance), with a way to unsubscribe in every message, and never again to anyone who has unsubscribed
  • to meet your own legal duties

What you must do

  • tell buyers how you use their information, in your own privacy notice
  • never sell buyer data, or share it except with companies working for you under a proper contract
  • keep it secure, and let only the team members who need it see it
  • keep door phones secure. They hold the event's guest list so they can scan without signal. Clear the scanner's data from a phone when it is no longer used for your events
  • delete or anonymise the data you received to run an event within 12 months after it, unless the law requires you to keep it longer, and keep marketing data only until the buyer unsubscribes
  • tell us within 48 hours if buyer data you received is lost or seen by someone it should not be, and help each other with requests from buyers about their data

Your Meta pixel

You can add your own Meta pixel, and a Conversions API token, in your Settings or on an event. It runs on your pages only after a visitor accepts all cookies, and each paid order from such a visitor is also sent to it from our server. You are responsible for how you use what Meta gives you: follow Meta's Business Tools Terms, describe it in your own privacy notice, and never use it to single out or identify individual buyers. Keep your token private. We may switch a pixel off if it is misused, or if Meta or the law requires it.

11. Your team and door logins

You can invite people to your organiser account, each with a role:

  • Owner: everything, including payouts, bank details and the team
  • Manager: events, the guest list, scanning and reports, but no payouts or bank details
  • Door: only the scanner and the day's guest list, for the events you choose

You are responsible for who you invite and what they do with their login. Remove people when they leave, and keep logins to one person each. Door staff can scan with any phone, and the scanner keeps working without signal.

12. Your own shop

If we agree it, you can have your own shop: your events only, in your colours, at yourname.enjoytickets.co.uk, or at your own web address once our team has approved it.

  • Every sale in your shop goes through our checkout, so buyers pay us, and our buyer terms and these terms apply as for any other sale.
  • The shop says that tickets are sold by Enjoy Tickets on your behalf. Do not remove that or suggest that you are the seller of record.
  • If you use your own web address, you are responsible for it and for pointing it at us correctly.
  • We may switch a shop off if it breaks these terms or misleads buyers.

13. Our responsibility to you

We run Enjoy Tickets with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable. We are not responsible for loss of profit, loss of business or indirect losses. Our total responsibility to you in any 12 months is limited to the booking fees we earned on your events in those 12 months. Nothing limits responsibility for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else the law does not allow to be limited, and nothing limits our duty to pay you the money we hold for you.

14. Suspension and ending these terms

  • You can stop using Enjoy Tickets at any time. Events already on sale go ahead as sold, or are cancelled and refunded under these terms.
  • We may suspend your account, which stops you publishing and selling, or take an event off sale, if you break these terms, if buyers are at risk, if we suspect fraud, if we receive serious complaints, if you owe us money, or if the law requires it. Where it is fair, we tell you first and give you the chance to put things right.
  • We may end these terms with 30 days' notice, or straight away for a serious breach.
  • When these terms end, we still pay you what we owe once refunds and any disputed payments for your events are settled.

15. General

We may change these terms. We will email you at least 30 days before a change that affects you, unless the law requires it sooner, and it will not change a deal already agreed. Nothing in these terms makes either of us the other's employee or partner in law. These terms, with your deal, are the whole agreement between us about selling tickets. They are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales decide any dispute.

Most answers are in the Help centre. If yours is not, send us a message and we reply by email.
