What to bring to the door
Your ticket on your phone, charged, and ID if the event has an age limit.

Bring
- Your ticket. Open it on your phone before you reach the front: your order page, or the ticket in My tickets. Turn the brightness up.
- A charged phone. If your phone dies, door staff can look you up by the name on the ticket.
- ID, if there is an age limit. The event page shows the age limit under The details. The venue decides how it checks ages, so bring photo ID if in doubt.
At the door
Staff scan your QR code with a phone. Each ticket lets one person in once. If you want to step out and come back, ask the door staff first: re-entry depends on the event.
Coming as a group? Each person needs their own ticket. You can show them all from one phone, or send each friend their ticket before the night.
Door times
The event page and your ticket show when doors open. Times are always the venue's local time.
