Do I need an account?
No. But an account keeps all your tickets in one place.

You can buy without an account: your tickets go to the email you type at checkout.
What an account adds
- All your tickets in My tickets, including ones bought as a guest with the same email
- Sending a ticket to a friend, and reselling one you cannot use
- Following organisers, and saved events on every device you log in on
- Your help requests in one place
Creating one
Sign up with your name, email address and a password of at least 8 characters. We email you a link to confirm your email. Once you confirm, tickets bought with that email appear in My tickets.
We only add guest tickets to an account after its email is confirmed, so nobody can see your tickets by signing up with your address.
Forgot your password?
Use Forgot password. We email you a link to choose a new one; it works for one hour.
