Gift cards

An Enjoy Tickets gift card works on any event, from any organiser: on the website, in the app and in organisers' own shops that use our checkout.

Buying one

Go to Gift cards and choose:

1. An amount in pounds, euros or lei. Pick one of the amounts or type your own, in whole pounds, euros or lei.
2. A design.
3. Who it is for: their name and email (typed twice, so a typo cannot send it to a stranger), who it is from, and a message.
4. When it arrives: now, or at 9am UK time on a date you choose, up to a year ahead.

There is no fee to buy a gift card: you pay exactly its value. You get a receipt with a copy of the card.

Typed their email wrong? Correct it on your receipt page for 30 minutes after paying. If the card has already gone out, it gets a new code, so the copy sent to the wrong address stops working. After 30 minutes, contact us and we will send it to the right address.

Using one

At checkout, press Use a gift card and type the code (it starts with ETGC). Use as much as you can, or only part of it.

• It pays for tickets, booking fees, extras and the Flexible ticket.
• If the order costs more than the card, you pay the rest by card. If the card covers everything, there is nothing to pay by card.
• What is left stays on the card for next time.
• A card only pays for events in its own currency. A card in pounds works for events priced in pounds, and so on.
• One gift card per order.
• It can also pay for your share of a group booking.

Checking the balance

Type the code under Check a balance on the Gift cards page. The gift card email also links to the card, with its balance.

How long it lasts

5 years from the day it was bought. The date is in the gift card email.

Refunds

If an order paid with a gift card is refunded, the money goes back the way it came: to your bank card first, up to what the card paid, and the rest back on the gift card at once. If the gift card has expired by then, it gets another 12 months.

Lost or stolen

Treat the code like cash: anyone with it can spend it. If it is lost, or someone else may have it, contact us straight away. We can block the card and move what is left to a new code.
