Deleting your account

How to close it

• On the website: log in, open Your account and press Close my account. Type your password and the word DELETE to confirm.
• In the Enjoy Tickets app: open your account screen and close it there, with your password.
• Cannot log in? Contact us and choose My account, from the email address on your account, so we know it is you. Our team can close it for you and we confirm by email.

Closing an account cannot be undone.

What is deleted

Your login and password, saved events, the organisers you follow, your waitlist places, your phone's notification settings and your marketing choices. If you have tickets listed for resale, they are taken off sale first.

What is kept

Orders and payments are kept, separate from any account, because we must keep sales records. Your tickets for events still to come keep working: they are in your email, with the name and email address typed at checkout. Gift cards sent to your email keep working too.

If your login is part of an organiser's team, a partner's team or the Enjoy Tickets team, it cannot be closed from the account page: it has to be removed from that team first. Contact us and we will sort it out with you.
